Individual Appointment Fees
Potential group members must attend one (1) individual diagnostic appointment and two (2) individial appointments with Dr. Richards. The second appointment is to thoroughly talk about everything we will do in the therapy group -- both cognitive and behavioral components -- and give you a chance to ask any questions you may have. The third appointment is a therapy appointment to see if you are understanding and practicing on the initial therapy sessions. Please fill out the online application and follow the payment link (for the deposit) for the group before making appointments. The application will be completely reviewed when these things are done. We will contact you after receiving the application and the deposit.
Insurance is accepted, but since all plans are different now, we have no way of verifying payment for you. Please check with our office if you're in doubt.

Group Fees
Group members may pay either with their insurance or using the sliding fee scale.

The sliding fee scale is for individuals not filing insurance and is based on your household's current annual income.
