Social Anxiety Therapy Groups at SAI
Continuous comprehensive
cognitive-behavioral therapy for social anxiety. These groups run
continuously, with typically three sessions held each year. Our
goal is learning to overcome social anxiety. All-day Saturday and
all-day Sunday groups are in operation.
International Social Anxiety CBT Program
for people with
social anxiety.
Length: 3 weeks. We are using the CBT audio
therapy series "Overcoming
Social Anxiety" for these groups. People from around the
world attend these three week therapy sessions.
